- Machine combine seal & shrink functions for completed package.
- Infeed conveyor auto align products for package.
- 90° Infeed apply with cylinder and sensor for accurate product package position.
- Package process: product alignment →film wrapping → sealing & cutting → outfeed conveyor → shrink tunnel → package completed.
- Conveyor with guiding plates at 2 sides for product entry.
- Product is fixed by plate while sealing & cutting without movement.
- Attach air flush to cool sealing in a short time for good strength.
- Equip with product entry sensor for smooth packaging process.
- Apply Mitsubishi PLC controller for stable operation performance.
- Sealing & cutting time adjustable through Omron timer.
- Temp. controller with PID function and driven by SSR for stable heating performance.
- Cutting blade made by 1piece for long time operation durability.
- Auto alarm warning on sealing & cutting.
- Outfeed conveyor auto delivery product into shrink tunnel after wrapping.
